~~~~~~~~  Amanda ~~~~~~~~I am an amateur unemployed photographer who makes do with whatever elements she can find. The only education in photography I have had, as of yet, are a couple of continuing education courses. My equipment consists of: wal-mart bed sheets, a reflective enough set of car windshield covers, as many light bulbs as I can get a hold of and strategically set up around the room, my best friends who happen to conveniently be gorgeous and photogenic, my Nikon Coolpix P80 with 10mega pixels, and lack of an adequate tri-pod. I hardly ever even use the one I borrowed. I don't even own photoshop. But I do have access to free photo-editing websites on the internet. I don't consider myself an extremely intelligent person. I consider myself to be a bit crazy, really random, and with a love for art in every form. But, especially in photography. I find it one of the most beautiful forms of expression in the world. It brings you closer to your model(s) as well as closer to any and all other human beings that see your hard work and appreciate it for what it is. I love how so much can be taken from a photograph. So much emotion, meaning, relevance, ingenuity. Anything. A picture can capture your very heart and soul, whether you are behind the camera or in front of it. It will capture you, and show your beauty, hate, anger, fear, love, joy, pain, trust, beliefs, and passion to the world. Shall I take your picture? ~~~~~~~~  Lauren ~~~~~~~~I am a hopeless romantic. Once you're my friend, you're always my friend. I tend to have difficulty writing things about myself when put on the spot. I think Amanda is insane, but I love her anyway. I love and adore hearts, they are my obsession. I love making people laugh, and I don't like to judge people. I'm a free spirit and full of spontaneity. I try not to let things get to me, but when they do they can become overwhelming. Painting is one of my many passions. I also like to dabble in modelling and photography. But, regardless of what I do, when I put my mind to it I like to put my whole heart in it as well. Amanda would say I'm full of life, and I have a unique perspective on it, and that I'm also very understanding. Another thing, I eat cigarrettes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so don't give me crap about it. I just don't take crap.  All in all, I love having fun and living life to the fullest. Wow, that sounded like something out of the singles ads. Even though I live like that, I'm still trying to sort everything out, and I can be confused at times. But, I try. Y'know, life can be a pain in the ass sometimes. But, I love it. |
